Any how DA is calculated complete based on arithmatical calculation.AICPIN released by Labour bureau is required to calculate DA.Labour bureau already released the data for Jauary,February,March,April,May and June that is 198,199,201,205,206,208 respectively.
The formula for calculating da is
DEARNESS ALLOWANCE=(avg of AICPIN for past 12 months-115.76)*100/115.76
(191.5-115.76=75.74)X100/115.76=65.42

The actual price rise is 160% but Central Govt DA is only 72% w.e.f. 1.7.12. Prices in market are more costly. Central Govt has to think and revise the DA formula by doing justification to CG Employees and retired pensioners.
Govt. sabhi tarah ke rate bada rahi hai, petrol, diesel, LPG and kerosene ke rate bar-bar bada rahi hai. public ko bevkoof bana rahi hai. public se sirf lene ka kam kar rahi hai. jab publicv ko dene ka samay aata hai to bade neta kahte hain ki salary bhi bad rahi hai. salary ek badti hai, lekin rate sabhi items ke bad jaate hain.
